The aim of my project is to reduce the use of "single use plastic" in my Scout Group. So at our events we would take reusable cups, plates and cutlery, and completely abanoning the use of plastic straws. And paying more attention to the garbage we produce, since we don't normally have a place to take our recycable garbage.

This is an action that should continue in future group events, and also at camps and weekly meetings. 

I went to a Scout meeting to talk about Leave No Trace, and how important it is to, not only think of the after but also the before, and how nothing has an end. Showing the scouts the importance of leaving no trace and how we not leave such a mark on nature for future generations was eye opening, and on their next meeting they already started changing, but taking their own plates, cups and cutlery. 

I really want to help my scout group have a better impact on nature, and like that they can take those thoughts to their schools, houses and communities.
