"NO" to single use Plastic
The East Coast Railway Bharat Scouts and Guides, Sambalpur District with Railway Administration created awareness to stop use of single use plastic at Railway premises and requested to avoid also at other places. The awareness started on 28.8.19 to 11.9.19. About 18 members of our organization participated in this campaign for 4 hrs/ day for 15 days at Sambalpur Railway station for passengers. Collected plastic/polythenes & replacing with paper/jute carry bags. Within this programme a swachta awareness campaign was conducted and cleaned the station circulating area on 05.09.19.
