More Than a Crowd – Ensuring Safety Every Step
I got inspired to do crowd control work after seeing how dedicated the police and Desuups were during festivals. Watching them manage large crowds with calm and discipline made me realize how important their role was. I saw how much support they needed and felt a strong urge to step in and help. That moment sparked my interest, and I knew I wanted to be part of something that kept people safe and made events run smoothly.
When I got the opportunity to do crowd control, I gave it my full effort. I stayed alert, followed instructions, and worked closely with the team to guide and manage the flow of people. It wasn’t always easy, but I stayed calm and focused, especially during busy moments. I made sure to be approachable and respectful while still keeping order. It felt rewarding to know I was helping create a safe and smooth experience for everyone at the festival.
