Scouts Victoria arranged a delegation of Scouts to attend Melbourne's Pride March in 2018. LGBTIQ+ members and their allies - friends and familywere invited to participate to show that Scouting is a movement for all young people regardless of their gender identity, sexual orientation or intersex status. The event will be held on Sunday January 28, as part of the Midsumma Festival in St Kilda. the participation won an award from the Midsumma festival

the event was planned by youth members aged 14 to 19 with adult support.
