A number of scouts representing youth along with more than 80 participants from different stakeholders took part in National consultation on violence against children held by National Commission for Women and Children at royal banquet hall.This two days consultation programe mainly focused on issues related to violence against children where many of our children undergoes in schools and society.The research work by NCWC through three research analysis showed the key findings such as, 1.Physical violence 2.Emotional violence 3.Sexual violence 4.Sexual harassment. Apart from NCWC's research,initiatives from Health,RBP,Judiciary,UNICEF,RENEW and Media's were shared on the floor and discussed thoroughly.With this much emphasis is put on to childrens protection.So at the end of our program that was 2nd day,we knew the fact of children's protection against violence and the challenge that we as a youth need to tackle for the better future.
