Objective: To celebrate His Majestry King Birthday.

Background:

His Majesty the King of Bhutan 39th birthday was observed on nation wide celebration on 21st feb 2019 with song,dances, march pass, offering of butter lamps and conducting mass cleaning camps around the all 20 dzongkhag. Similarly Technical Training Institute Samthang under Wangdue Dzongkhag celebrated HM birhday by taking part in National events and mass cleaning camps.

The institute staff, trainees and community people took part in the mass cleaning camps and cleaned the strech of 3km range collecting 1200kg of degradable and non-dregadable waste and disposed off on the waste deposal site. Total 150 members took part in this National program.
