The Youth Led group of Samtse College of Education marked the IYD by delivering speech during morning assembly highlighting the importance of youth. Dr. Sonam Rinchen (DAA) told us to look upon ourselves to shoulder the responsibility and be resourceful youth. By being proactive and responsible of yourslef you'll be able to contribute towards development of nation as a whole. The student teacher wrote their wishes in transforming education anxiously.
