International Women's Day was celebrated on 8th March in ABIE to generate awareness among the students of B.Ed. and D.El.Ed. about different aspects of Women related issues, with 2019 theme Balance for Better.  A balanced world is a better world. The ways to  help forge a more gender-balanced world were discussed at a stretch by the teachers along with other presentations from the side of students. Students enthsiastically participated in the program with their self composed poetries, skit presentations, songs and speeches. The program was organized by the Women Cell In Charge of ABIE,  Dr. Shazia Amani under the banner of Al-Barkaat Institute of Education.
