INTERNATIONAL DAY OF THE GIRL CHILD :-

The International Day of Girl Child was celebrated in 11th Oct 2019. On this auspicious day members of HQOG/KUR and MHSS/KUR, East Coast Railway, The Bharat Scouts and Guides actively participated in this event.

It is a day dedicated to celebrating girls, amplify their voice and stand up for their rights. The theme for this year is 'Girl Force: Unscripted and Unstoppable'.  

The main aims of the day are to promote girl’s empowerment and fulfillment of their human rights while also highlighting the challenges that girls all over the world face.
