Place: Bangladesh Scouts, Rajshahi Region, Nawdapare, Rajshahi Twenty-five Rover, girls in Rover and many Adult Leaders from different institutions were present in this program. Divisional Commissioner and Additional Secretary Humayon Kabir, Additional Secretary and Chairman of Rajshahi Development Authority were present in this program. And also so many leaders and officer's were present. A short discussion meeting was held in the scout office.
