Thanks to the support of the MoP, a great deal of work has been done, which is the first step towards the widespread development of Scouting in Kazakhstan. In particular, an entirely new National Youth Program for OSMK has been developed. This program is based on the values. Also, with the support of MoP, training programs for adult scout leaders / volunteers and members of scout groups, patrol leaders have been developed. An algorithm for the implementation of the OSMK Youth Program "Scouts of the Great Steppe" in schools has been developed. A unique and nationally styled brand book organization was created. New solutions of symbolic and uniform of OSMK, integrated with the Youth Program "Scouts of the Great Steppe" and taking into account the wishes and needs of modern youth, have been developed. This already attracts attention, and there is an interest of the Kazakhstan society and state bodies. In addition, in order to promote scouting in Kazakhstan and informatively cover of OSMK activities, the OSMK website has been developed in accordance with the brand book. However, it should be noted that it is not enough to implement the Youth Program on the basis of schools. It is necessary to train trainers and adult leaders of troops, as well as involve enough patrol leaders to create scout groups of adolescents aged 13-17.
