Hi and hello everyone. I'm scout from the Rover Training Unit of Universiti Malaysia Perlis, For my assingment i choose this time when i help my friend and his neighbourhood to move some furniture or other things during flood.It was not planned because usually it is not that bad and the water level is not high enough and also flood does not usually occur at this area.
