Women empowernment is a significant topic of discussion in development and economics. it can also point to approaches regarding other civilized gender in a particular political or social context. women's economic empowernment refer to the ability for women to enjoy their rights to control and benefit from resources ,assets, income and their own time , as well as the ability to manage risk and improve their economic status and well being.while often inter changeably used, the more comprehensive concept of gender empowernment refers to people of any gender , stressing the distinction between biological sex and gender as a role.it thereby also refers to other marginalized genders in a political or social context. on the first day we conducted C.O.H and decided to do women empowernment project. first we decided where to go and hoe to complete this. then we asked permission from headmistress, guide captain and parent. then we decided to work for it once a week.we went to anganvadi of kodipaddi puttur,and they were conducting shree shakthi meeting over there and we gained imformation about that programme and the benefits of that programme to the women. they gave us the imformation very clearly and they also answered to all our questions. in that anganvadi there were childrens we played with them and distributed sweets among them. the anganvadi teacher also gave us imformation about the development of the anganvadi and new benefits that our government is giving to this anganvadi's.they get milk everyday ,and egg once a week and many toys to play. so,by these facilities that the childrens are comming more to anganvadi. we visited to 'mahila kalyana ellake' darbe puttur.once when we go there the boss was not there on that day we spoke with the staffs and they were friendly with us. they shared the imformation readily and gave us some of the pampletes. we went to them personally in a office and they gave us some of the books wrote in kannada about women empowernment. ( 2 HOURS ) *22-10-2016 = We gathered the ladies of nearby places and gave them imformation , then even they shared some of the knowledge.( 2 HOURS ) *29-10-2016 = Distributed pampletes in savanur region.( 2 HOURS ) *05-11-2016 = We attended the shree shakthi sanga held at upinangadi.( 2 HOURS ) *12-11-2016 = We visited more than 2 anganvadi on this day.( 2 HOURS ) *19-11-2016 = We gave a visit to samaja kalyana ellake in darbe and collected the imformation.( 2 HOURS ) *26-11-2016 = Our school conducted PTA meeting on this day we conducted our programme there.( 2 HOURS ) *03-12-2016 = With the help of our guide captain we conducted a programme in anganvadi and distributed sweets. ( 2 HOURS ) *10-12-2016 = We distributed pamplets in sampya and motatadka region.( 2 HOURS ) *17-12-2016 = We visited the anganvadi there we saw what facilities the government is giving to the anganvadi's. ( 2 HOURS) *24-12-2016 = We visited 'purabhavana' there we spoke about the facilities that they give to the ladies.( 2 HOURS ) *31-12-2016 = We gained imformation of the penction process from the government to widows and senior citizen.( 2 HOURS ) *03-01-2017 = We visited to the anganvadi meeting and with the help of shree shakthi members we shared pampletes. ( 2 HOURS ) *14 -01-2017 = What all imformations we got that we shared with eachother and then we wrote it in our book.( 2 HOURS )
