A week long preparation was done by CBS members and Scouts leader to organize 2 nights fundraising party at Samdrupjongkhar Thromde. The party was mainly organized with two agendas:- 1. Fundraising - Though there is lot of potential in Scouts to provide services, most of our plans cannot be executed due to insufficient funds. Therefore, we decided that collected fund will be used for community service through scouting activities. 2. Advocacy- CBS(Community Based Scouting) has been dormant in Samdrupjongkhar. So we wanted to reactivated current CBS members and encourage more to join.
