To initiate and conduct any scouting program- be it a minor activity or a major event, little bit of budget is integral to meet the nitty gritty expenses and expenditure therefore considering the need to have some reserves in the District Scout Association, the raffle draw activity is initiated in the district to raise fund and all the scouts from twenty five school are rendering their services.
