Participation of youth and scouts in the world of democracy. Understand the fundamentals and basic of democracy to instill value of patrotism through citizenship and collobration. The event international democracy day coincided with National voters day themed, " participation of all for the next election." The event was graced by honourable commissioner of the Election Commission of Bhutan and the distinguished esteemed guest. The ocassion withessed activities such as advocacy by official of ECB, guest speeches, poster competition, campaign by the various political party representatives and cultural events. The role of the scouts witnessed participation through oath taking ceremony, crowd control, traffic management, recipetion of guest and honouring. The event is a collobration of ECB, PMSS and the scouts.
