In the year of 2017 Sri Lanka was affected by flood in the month of July and June. It was a major disaster faced by the Sri Lankans. Many people were affected by flood. May lost their initial home, cloths, food, water and sanitary which comes as the basic need of a human. As being a scout helping the needy is one of our duties. My scout’s troop was able to donate the needy that were badly affected by flood in this year. We were able to donate, 1. Mineral water 2. Rice 3. Dhal 4. Sugar I was happy to donate them to the people.
