Because of human activities, coastal bed has been polluted.It carry out many bad effects to the organisms live in ocean.Such as aquatic animals, aquatic plants and coral reefs.As result of eating polythene by aquatic animals, their lives are shortened.Matara urban council had been taken many dicisions to keep coastal bed clean.But it doesn't continued for a long time.So I proposed to clean the Matara coastal bed.
