Most young people have the understanding that energy and materials they use are always available and conserving energy and money are the problem of their parents. In scouting we would like to introduce new methods that shows them what they can do to save energy, reuse materials and get a merit badge at the same time. The objectives are, 1. Understand about renewable energy 2. Understand about water conservation 3. Understand about recycle / reusable materials We hope from this project it create young persons active in reusing wood and camping materials. Active in saving water. Active in using solar panels and wind turbines in camping. Do their part at home. Have fun and get a new energy badge.
