EcoGrow Initiative

I was inspired by the effects of climate change on food security in my community and the untapped potential of youth. I wanted to promote sustainability by turning waste and idle land into productive, green spaces through youth-led action.
Project Execution – EcoGrow Initiative: I led the EcoGrow Initiative by engaging community stakeholders, conducting training on sustainable agriculture, and setting up school-based demo gardens. We mobilized resources, implemented eco-friendly practices like composting, and tracked progress through regular monitoring and community feedback.
Project Learnings – EcoGrow Initiative: I learned the power of community collaboration, the importance of adaptability in project execution, and how small actions—like creating a garden—can drive lasting environmental change. I also gained skills in leadership, problem-solving, and effective communication.
