ECOBAGS PROJECT ON BRAZIL(CURITIBA/PR)
I was inspired by the ideia of reducing the consumption of plastic bags at my home. So I thought "where they come from?", and assumed that the best action to reach my goal, is to stop to getting them. And so I wanted to make more people think about it, and take some action.
I implemented this project on my neighborhood. First of all me and my friends did some extra projects to raise the money, so then we could buy the materials that we needed. After that, with the help of a sewing machine, we sew up the ecobags, and put some informative papers inside them. So then we finally distributed the ecobags in front of the local grocery's.
The impact was not as big as we wanted. But at least a few people that I saw on the streets are using the ecobags that we distributed
I think that we should talk with the people directly on the next time. Because the people that taked the ecobag's, was people that already have rethinked about they habits, and thats isn't the propouse of our project. But we definitely made a difference on the neighborhood, even if small
