Objectives of the project: Developing the capacities of the Scout leaders to be able to identify the relevant gaps in the performance which needs development and practice according to that is new in the relevant field/s, in this regard we can direct the way of thinking of young people positively; in the light of the big number of problems and issues face them nowadays. Following up the global development in the different fields needs a real development of the relevant capacities of the leaders responsible for drafting the relevant programs to be able to attract the young people to all that is new. Identified Needs: Providing all necessary technical support to the participants to develop their capacities in drafting the relevant scout programs & their application in the different scout events (small & big events). Results * Drafting scouting programs on scientific and modern bases in the light of the modern methods. * Identifying the gaps in our relevant programs and working on developing it/ them. * Identifying suitable modern resources & references which enhance the application of modern and developed programs insuring the development of relevant capacities. * Paying high attention to young people to develop their capacities and their creative abilities and which affects their local community in a way or another. Identification of beneficiaries: Youth Benefits: The named project will be applied on the key scout leaders responsible for scouting program/s in the Arab S. region to be updated with the modern methods of education in the relevant field, and how to apply them propriety. In this regard, the participants should present their relevant project/s to the Specialized Committee. Developmental perspectives Number of periodical meetings and gatherings will be organized to identify the problems which may face the leaders in the same field on local level during the application of the new developed programs. through these meetings and gatherings a presentation of relevant new approaches, trends and methods of educational programs can be integrated for more deep discussion and analysis and adaption and to record the results. In this regard, each participating country is free to choose its targeted group according its local / national community. At the end, we do looking forward to the success of the named project in changing some of the negative attitudes and way of thinking among youth into positive ones. Community and other beneficiaries' benefits The participants will will be able to exchange their experiences via their projects and will share it and will try to apply what they 've been learned when they fly back home with their groups ..etc.
