Dengue Prevention
I was inspired to take up this project to help prevent dengue from spreading more and just helping people.
The scouts of 40th Willes Little Flower School and College Scout Group went to different areas in teams and removed any possible source of aedes mosquitoesthat spread dengue.We also handed out flyers of our Dengue program which had all the basic information regarding dengue like how it spreads, prevention, cure etc to different houses.
People learned more about dengue and became more cautious. Living conditions of Aedes mosquitoes were destroyed preventing the possible spread of dengue through this project.
Something I learned from this project is that even though we can't stop something like Dengue completely,we should at least contribute as much as we can by making more people conscious and trying to help out.
