On 1st August 2019, World Scarf Day, Bangladesh Scouts Bogra District and Bangladesh Scouts Bogra District Rover organized a huge rally, discussion meeting and scarf exhibition in front of District School Bogra. Honorable Deputy Commissioner and President Bangladesh Scouts Bogra District and Bangladesh Scouts Bogra District Rover were present as the chief guests at the rally, conference and exhibition. About 250 Scouts, Girl-in-Scout, Cub scout,Girl- In scout, Rover, Girl-in-Rover, Scout Leader, Rover Leader are present. All members of the District Scouts and District Rover Executive Committee attend the rallies, seminars and exhibitions.
