To mark the Social Forestry Day, Jala Primary School Nachung Scouts and staffs planted 24 different fruits saplings and more than 20 other tree saplings in and around the school premises. Before plantation, children were also well trained and informed on how to go about plantation and importance of planting trees.

Total participants of about 35 (25 scouts + 10 staffs and family) took part in this project.
