28th of May is observed as "World Menstrual Hygiene Day". Coordinated by PCoE Rover Scouts, Rover members under Royal University of Bhutan and Scouts made a short clip on how important the menstrual hygiene of women is and that it is not an embarrassment for the society when a women is bleeding. It is a hope; hope that women are fertile and in good health for herself, for the society and for the human reign at large.
