I had the opportunity to serve as a facilitator at Changjiji Youth Centre during the Winter Engagement Programme. The programme aimed to provide children with a safe, positive and productive environment during their winter holidays. It encouraged them to make new friends, develop new skills, participate in engaging activities and use their free time meaningfully.

Through this experience, I strengthened my communication, leadership and facilitation skills while gaining valuable experience in working with younger children. It also taught me the importance of patience, teamwork, responsibility and creating a supportive environment where children feel encouraged to learn, grow and participate.
