Under scheme of SWACHHTA HI SEVA… the members of Head Quarters Open Group/KUR East Coast Railway, The Bharat Scouts and Guides actively participated in this mega event in  Bhubaneswar Railway Station on 11.09.2019. However, Scouts, Guides, Rovers and Rangers perform Street Play in Railway station and aware the passengers about use of plastics to  ensure complete removal of single-use plastics from Railway Station  followed by route           march.

Moreover, the participated raised slogans and distributed pamphlets to promote  awareness. Respected DRM/KUR administered the pledge along with all participates in connection refuse plastic and encouraged to use paper, cloth or recycled plastic bags as an alternative.

The programme was conducted under the leadership of Dr.Archana Meena, DC(G)/KUR, BS&G/E.Co.Rly with the help of other staff members.
