On February 18th, 2023, I got to paint Yari school and design the world badge with the Sungura and Chipukizi scouts of Yari school. We started the day by volunteering to help the school organize their going-up ceremony for the Chipukizi scouts, guiding the parents to the venue, and registering the scouts and their parents. We later held an activity with the Yari scouts where we painted a section of the school together and showcased our artistic skills by drawing the world badge on the painted wall. After that, we wrote down the scouts' laws and promises for both the Chipukizi and Sungura sections. We involved Yari scouts and it was a great experience to share with them our scouting moments. After wall painting, we planted flowers at the school. This was to beautify the school and to encourage the young scouts to take care of their environment and realize how important our environment is to us.
