THE NACHUNG SCOUTS BOOT CAMP 2026

What inspired you to take up the project?

I was inspired to coordinate the Nachung Scouts Boot Camp, a joint initiative of TTSA and BSA, to promote discipline, teamwork, leadership, and basic scouting skills among Scouts of Classes IV–VI. The one-day programme brings together young Scouts for structured activities that nurture core scouting values and lay a strong foundation for them to become responsible future citizens.

What are the learnings you got from implementing this project and how would you make it better?

I learned the importance of coordination, teamwork, leadership, and effective planning in organizing a successful scouting programme. The project also strengthened my understanding of how early exposure to discipline, service, and scouting values can help young Scouts develop confidence, responsibility, and leadership skills.

Where was your project implemented and how did you execute it?

I executed the Nachung Scouts Boot Camp by coordinating with TTSA, BSA, school authorities, Scout leaders, and participating Scouts. I helped plan the programme, organize participants, and facilitate structured activities focused on discipline, teamwork, leadership, and basic scouting skills. I also ensured proper coordination, participation, and discipline throughout the one-day programme.
