Kisii County Governor James Ongwae fully accepted to become the Patron of Kisii County Scouts Association in a colorful ceremony investing him. The Governor as he accepted the call congratulated the scouts for being leaders in environmental conservation and peace building efforts in the county. He also pledge his support individually and institutionally saying his government will work closely with The Scouts movement to improve the efforts of sustainability & inclusion especially now that he was the head of both institutions in the County.
