International Peace Day

We were inspired to start this project to join the global movement for peace and harmony. Seeing the world facing conflicts and divisions, we wanted to remind everyone that peace begins with kindness, understanding, and unity within our own community.

We learned that peace is not just the absence of conflict but the presence of love, respect, and understanding. We also realized the importance of teamwork and cooperation in spreading positive messages. Most importantly, we discovered that even small actions can inspire peace in our school and beyond.

Our School Scout Adult leader, mr. Sangay Wangdi, along with the scout troop leaders, planned and organized the celebration. The program included a peace speech, cake-cutting ceremony, skit, songs, and cultural dances. Students also displayed posters and messages about peace, making the event colorful and meaningful for everyone.
