In order to improve its services, the Indian Railway has roped in Scouts & Guides to obtain independent third party feedback from passengers across the country. Moreover, Roves and Rangers of The Bharat Scouts and Guides of East Coast actively participated in this service, and collect feedback from the passengers of Indian Railway in prescribed format and submitted to competent authority.
