For the First time since the readmission of the Ethiopia Scouting to WOSM in 2002, it is conducting the National Assistant Leaders' Training which will enable the association to reach more young people through highly trained adults. The Association had tried to conduct the ALT training since 2005 but was unable to do so due to several challenges it faced. Today, it is able to conduct this high level training through the support it received from the Messengers of Peace initiative. This training is expected to contribute to the ESA's growth strategy which is to reach 250,000 member by the year 2020 as part of the associations aim to support our WOSM mission 2023.
