Youth Unite for a Cleaner Coastline
The Scouts were motivated by a desire to protect Bolasi’s shoreline, support the local community, and prove that small, collective actions can create meaningful change.
They carried out the clean-up in an organized way—participating in community briefings, planning efficient debris collection, segregating waste, and working together across the shoreline to maximize impact.
They learned the power of teamwork, empathy, and thoughtful action, realizing that understanding community needs and reflecting on solutions can drive long-term positive change for both people and the environment.
