For the World Animal Day a group scouts of the National Organization of the Scouts of Ukraine together with a group of students visited an animal shelter in the town of Bortnichi. It is the shelter with more then 60 animals. During 5 hours we tried to help a manager of the shelter with her duties. First of all, we cleaned up the territory from garbage. Secondly, we walked the dogs as much as possible. Finally, we took part in the process of feeding of these hungry dogs by some food, which we brought specially for them. Before we left, we also fixed the broken aviary for new pets.
