today, i joined a first aid programme which was held in SMJK KRIAN,PERAK. this programme was speaked by sir VOON, who is the PEGAWAI of ST. JOHN MALAYSIA. the reason i joined the programme was, i want to improve my first aid knowladge and also learn how to save more people, save more life. during the programme, we learned the SOP OF CPR, how to use bandage , how to lift people up and also a lot of firs aid knowladge. what a wonderful programme to join, worth the time!

the programme was really improved my general knowladge as long as first aid knowladge. looking forward for the next first aid programme!
