I. Morning Session (0700 – 1200H) At 0700H, The proponents of the project started their day by surprising the children for aquatic sport activities which aims to promote friendship and camaraderie among the children and foremost, to impart our learned knowledge from scouting about life support system and water safety and rescue. They started the activity by warming up and course introduction on why it is important for everyone to learn about water safety and rescue. Sct. Kent Bryan D. Lontok lectured about Cardio-Respiratory Resuscitation (CPR) by following the basic steps on how to save life during a cardiac or breathing emergency. And then, Sct. Lexa Natalie C. Juntado and Mr. Jubille Marlourd Lucena grouped and classified the 13 participants as swimmers and non-swimmers. The team started to demonstrate the things that must be done in case of crisis in rescuing someone who is drowning in the middle of the waters for those who were classified as swimmers, and Beginning skills in swimming for the non-swimmers. After the introduction sessions, the team decided to have their lunch. II. Afternoon Session(1200H-1700H) After the Break, the proponent team started the second pace of their aquatic sport activity, which is the Team Building. This activity aims to test their coordination and team work by the challenges presented through various games while having fun which can actually enhance their communication and strategic skills. At 1700H water games is finally over. The children’s joy is reflected through their heartfelt smiles and thanksgivings which also brought joy to our hearts and by that we know that this project’s aim is fulfilled. We had the same participants on the afternoon. III. Evening Session (1800H-2359H) The team started to consolidate data for the past days of the activity in preparation for the release of the first issue of their Publication. Sct. Kent Bryan Lontok was in charge of the Publication’s general theme, while Sct. Lexa Natalie Juntado continued to prepare Narrative Reports for this day, and on the side of Mr. Jubille Marlourd Lucena is copy reading, revision and editing of the articles made by the Proponents for technicalities. The team finished the night session at exactly 2359H.
