VOLUNTEER SERVICE IN CROWD CONTROL
During the annual Dzongkhag Tshechu, I was inspired by senior Scouts who played an important role in managing crowd control and traffic in a disciplined and effective manner. Their teamwork, responsibility, and dedication motivated me to follow their example and contribute positively to such community services. This experience encouraged me to become a more active and productive citizen by taking part in helping others and supporting public events.
It was second day of the festival and i joined my fellow scouts and desungs in crowd control and traffic control. Whe.n i reached there, they were already divided into two groups; one who guard s the gate and traffic and the other one in crowd controlling. So i was assigned in crowd controlling and i did my best.
The project helped improve the organisation and smooth management of the cultural festival by supporting crowd control and traffic flow. It created a safer and more orderly environment for participants and visitors. It also encouraged community participation and strengthened my understanding of responsibility, teamwork, and the importance of volunteering in public events.
From this experience, I learned that as citizens of our country, we have a responsibility to actively participate and volunteer in cultural festivals and community events. Contributing in such activities helps support society and build unity. It also shows that our actions shape the outcomes we receive in life.
