United in Service: TNI 81st Anniversary
We were motivated to turn the Scout values of service, responsibility, and environmental awareness into meaningful action. Through this joint community service with TNI-Polri, we wanted to contribute to keeping the Beringharjo Market area clean while encouraging greater awareness of responsible waste management
We cleaned the Beringharjo Market area by collecting scattered waste around the site. The collected waste was then sorted into organic and inorganic categories before being taken to the appropriate disposal point. The activity was carried out together with TNI-Polri personnel, strengthening teamwork, discipline, and cooperation in serving the community.
We learned that protecting the environment starts with simple actions and shared responsibility. Waste sorting taught us to be more aware of how our waste is managed, while working alongside TNI-Polri strengthened our teamwork, discipline, and sense of community service. We realized that small actions, when done together, can create a meaningful impact.
