Tyler Lee's Star Project at Brightwood

For my Star project I wanted to gain leadership experience early on in my scouting journey so I supported the elementary school I grew up in. Fire drills were such a mess I designed a new numbering system that would benefit the lining up efficacy during fire emergencies.
AS my first project I learned how to "Be everywhere at once" while not really being there. This project rooted my skills as a leader and taught me a lot more and left me confidence I can lead my much larger eagle project coming soon.
I was able to create a line ordering system that would allow students and teachers to lineup as fast as possible because when an emergency does arise they can be ready and not hesitate to get where they need to be.
I learned more about leadership and managing people on a site. During the preplan I learned how to talk to administration and compromise ideas to create a successful project all together.
