Three day training session was held in the Shida kartli region (part of Georgia), about leadership, organization structure, team building, ways of communication, activity planning, so on. They played and learned entertaining games, energisers and also had different activities. Participants were very satisfied with the training, they said that it was very useful not only in the scouting, but also in their public and private lives. They increased self-confidence, they got some informations about civic education. This training was provided, because Shida Kartli region is new in Georgian Organization of the Scout Movement and it will help them to work harder and to develop their regional organization. The training had 2 very experienced trainers.
