Theme: From Soil to Sky - Our Green Neighbourhood
I was inspired to start this project because climate change is affecting our environment. I wanted students to learn practical skills by planting and caring for trees. The project helped them develop responsibility, protect nature, and understand that small actions today can create a greener and healthier future.
From Soil to Sky - Our Green Neighbourhood was successfully implemented through collective efforts in planting trees, improving green spaces, and promoting environmental awareness. The project strongly justified environmental conservation by providing practical learning opportunities, fostering responsibility, encouraging sustainable habits, and inspiring community participation to create a cleaner, healthier, and greener neighbourhood for future generations.
Through this project, I learned that small actions can help protect the environment. I learned the value of teamwork, responsibility, and community support. Students learned better through practical activities like planting trees. Most importantly, I realized that teaching young people about climate change helps build a greener and healthier future.
