The strategy planning SAM 2020 is the first event of the project "Changing by learning" implemented by the Scout Association of Macedonia and supported by the Messengers of Peace. On this event, all key representatives of the scout units in Macedonia will gather and intensively work on defining the path for development of scouting. Total of 65 representatives on the shores of Ohrid lake will review the vision and set a milestones for the next generation of scouts. During the 4 days of interactive and stimulative work, the participants together with the training team and the national bureau, will define the priorities for the next 6 years and develop an comprehensive action plan for the next 2 years. The concept of the event will motivate and strengthen the key factors that will implement the strategy and build the capacity of the association by involving new team members and fresh enthusiasts. After the event, a wide inclusive consultation process will start in order to involve as much as possible feed back for the proposed strategy guidelines. This event will also strengthen and focus the work of scouting towards local engagement and promotion of peace and service to the community.
