State Level Cubs and Bulbuls Utsav was held at our State Training Center, Mandapam from 30.01.2013 to 01.02.2013. Cubs from 10 Districts and Bulbuls from 9 Districts along with their leaders in all number in 325 attended the Utsav. Shri. M. Elavarasan, SC/S inaugurated the Utsav in the presence of Smt. Jayanthi Elavarasan, Head Quarters Commissioner. Shri. N. Swaminathan, SCC was the Chief Guest for the Cubs and Bulbuls Group Dance Competition. Shri. Kannan, District Secretary/MDU was present on the occasion. Shri. Ajayakanth Rastogi, DRM/MDU and President/MDUBSG was the Chief Guest for the valedictory function.
