50 community based scouts participated in a Seven day spiritual festival for senior citizens of the country in the capital city. About 1500 seniors citizens age ranging from 55-75 years old are attending the spiritual program organized by the an non-governmental organization. The community based scouts are managing the events. Cooking, serving and helping the elderly people to use the toilets and lending their helping hands everywhere. The seven day spiritual program began from 6:30 am and ends at 7:00 pm. Thousands of people come to make offerings and butter lamps for the well being of the people in the world and world peace. People also fed grains to the pigeons at the memeorial stupa.
