Volunteered as a Member of International Service Team (IST) of the 23rd World Scout Janmboree, Japan 2015

The 23rd World Scout Jamboree took place in Kirarahama, Yamaguchi in western Japan from 28 July to 8 August 2015. The event was attended by 33,628 Scouts and leaders (including 7,979 International Service Team (IST) members who served as volunteer staff).

The theme was Wa: A Spirit of Unity. The kanji, meaning harmony, unity or togetherness, was part of the theme.

I served 12 hrs daily at the Registration Counter on Jul 27 and then onwards at  Diasetsu Sub Camp till Aug 9 thus impacting about 2000 scouts of the Subcamp & at the Registration Counter.
