Ticket to Life: "Service to My Community" is the motto of Bumthang Community Based Scouts (CBS) which consists of Civil Servants, local citizens, and out-of school Youth. On the Second day of Chumeypang Temple Festival, coinciding with 'Descending Day of Lord Buddha', 7 Civil servants were joined by 3 local citizens, along with 5 out-of-school youth and 5 Scouts from the local school.
