Scouts Emergency Response - Kenya

It was during a scouting event at Nyeri where scouts across the country were meeting for the celebrations. At this particular event we were exhibiting our project and at the campsite we saw the need of joining the service providers who were on ground for medical coverage.

Having our trained rovers scouts in First Aid and the necessary equipment for offering first aid services, we volunteered to join the ambulance team and this got us responding to various minor and severe cases on ground.

1.Importance of team work 2.How the incident command system is activated and it's chain. 3.We also recognized the need of having our team volunteering in such activities to expose them more.
