Road Rally ( Environmental Sustainability )
We noticed that while everyone in Foreman Colony talks about the climate, there was a disconnect in daily actions. We were inspired to take the message directly to the streets because environmentalism can’t just exist in a classroom. We wanted a loud, visible disruption to the morning routine that would force people to stop, read our signs, and realize that saving the planet starts with local habits.
We executed the rally by mapping out a high-traffic route through Foreman Colony to maximize visibility. We spent days crafting bold, eye-catching placards from recycled cardboard so our message matched our mission. On the day, we marched in organized formations, chanting eco-slogans and stopping at major intersections to chat directly with residents and hand out simple sustainability tips.
We learned that a loud chant or a colorful banner can grab attention, but real impact happens in the one-on-one conversations on the sidewalk. Walking through the colony showed us that people genuinely want to live sustainably, they just feel overwhelmed by how to start. We realized our role isn't just to shout warnings about the planet, but to be the bridge that simplifies green habits for busy families.
